| My name is Jonathan Minnick and I never recieved my product. I pre-ordered the Flash Phone F4K back around August of 2006 and even payed extra to get it shipped to Peru since I was going to be there for a few months. Since it never arrived while I was in Peru, I asked it to be shipped to my address in Kentucky (400 University Dr., Radcliff, KY 40160). I have sent various emails and have gotten responses that it would be sent. I still do not have my product!!! I would like to buy the SkypeBox and I have recommended it to some friends, but I am not so sure that I want to buy the SkypeBox if I don't even know if I will receive it! What is going on here? |

here's the email I got at world.transformer.jonathan@gmail.com on 11/15/06. This was almost 5 months ago and I still don't have my Flash Phone.

HERE'S THE ACTUAL RECIEPT EMAIL FROM MPLAT...it was JUNE 27, 2006...so almost 10 months have passed since my purchase!

Dear Sir:
The all things is : 1. The customer had pre-order the Flashphone at June,27,2006 3 The customer's original address in United states. 4. The customer paid the additional shipping fee and ask us to send it to Peru. 5. The flashphone F4K released at Oct.01.2006 6. We have sent the Flashphone F4K at Oct.15.2006 7. After finished all preorder, the sales manager sent all customer an apologies letter at Nov.15.2006 8. The customer complained he never received the flashphone at peru address at April,06.2007 9. The customer still trust us and order the USB B2K at April,07,2007 10. We have tried to contact the post office, but we can't tracking the parcel for long time ago.
Based on those facts, we think the goods have been lost for peru address reason.
The customer will get one free flashphone but only can send to united states.
The product already on the delivery way..
Welcome the customer's any feedback for this case in the future.
